2. Our Services

2.1 Service Description

Lumina Vibe provides professional commercial and industrial facility cleaning services, including but not limited to: commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, high pressure cleaning, window cleaning, infectious cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, graffiti removal, and builders cleans.

2.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Quotes and Pricing

3.1 Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided and site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, site conditions, and any additional services requested.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing clients. Price changes will not affect services already contracted and paid for.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the facility during scheduled service times
  • Notify us of any hazardous materials, conditions, or special requirements
  • Secure or remove valuable items that could be damaged during cleaning
  • Provide accurate information about the facility and cleaning requirements
  • Give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available during service

5. Service Standards and Guarantee

5.1 Quality Commitment

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and strive to meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly at no additional charge.

5.2 Limitations

Our services are subject to normal industry limitations. We are not responsible for damage to items that were already damaged, defective, or improperly maintained before our service.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage

Lumina Vibe maintains comprehensive insurance coverage including General Liability ($20,000,000), Workers Compensation (full coverage), and Bonding Insurance ($100,000) for your protection.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3 Damage Claims

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with our insurance policies.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1 Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

7.2 Termination of Service Agreement

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business and facility. Our staff members are required to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information they may encounter during service delivery.

9. Health and Safety

We are committed to maintaining high health and safety standards:

  • All staff are trained in proper safety procedures
  • We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • We maintain comprehensive Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
  • All equipment is regularly tested and tagged
  • Staff are police checked and Working with Children verified where applicable

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lumina Vibe Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Australian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
